‎نحن في تواصل دائم مع شركة الشحن لتأمين استلام شحنتكم في أقرب وقت، لكن قوانين الحظر من قبل دولتنا الحبيبة للحفاظ على سلامة الجميع تسببت بضغط كبير على خدمات التوصيل. لذلك نسألكم بكل حب تعاونكم معنا و تقدير هذه الظروف.
تم التواصل مع بعض العملاء الكرام من شركة الشحن باستلام الشحنة من أقرب فرع و هذا أمر من قبل شركة الشحن لتقليل الضغط على سائقين التوصيل. لقد تم رفع شكوى و طلب توصيل لجميع هذه الطلبات، لكن في حال قدرتكم لاستلامها من الفرع سنقدر مساعدتكم ونرسل لكن بطاقة هدية ٢٥ ريال لاستخدامها في طلبكم القادم من موقعنا الالكتروني تعويضًا عن قيمة الشحن.
