Saudi Arabia

• A valid Saudi National Address short code is required at checkout.
• Delivery timing varies by city, address, order cutoff time, and courier. Major cities may arrive in 1-2 business days after dispatch, while other areas may take longer.

International

• International orders usually arrive in 5-12 business days after dispatch.
• Customs and border processing may add extra time.

Eligibility

• Returns may be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Damaged or incorrect items

• Returns are free if the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or in the wrong quantity.

Change of mind

• For change-of-mind returns after dispatch, shipping and handling charges may be deducted from the refund.
• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Refunds

• If delivery is delayed by more than 15 days from the order date or agreed delivery date, you may cancel for a refund unless the delay is due to force majeure.
