Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to orders placed directly through the Diggn'It website.

Important: This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including rights relating to defective or non-conforming products.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact Diggn'It customer support and provide your order number or proof of purchase. We may also ask for clear photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Free Returns

Returns are free of charge in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • You received the wrong quantity.
  • You cancel the order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Returns With Charges

If you return an item for change of mind after dispatch, return shipping and handling charges may be deducted from your refund. This applies only if the item is eligible for return and remains unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

If an order is refused at delivery or canceled after dispatch for reasons not caused by Diggn'It, the original shipping charges and any return shipping or handling charges may be deducted from the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted in the following cases, except where the item is defective or does not match the agreed specifications:

  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Opened or used software, audio, video, or other sealed media products.
  • Newspapers, magazines, books, or other publications.
  • Products damaged due to misuse by the customer.
  • Downloadable digital products after download or access has started, unless the digital product is defective or does not match the agreed specifications.

Delivery Delay

If Diggn'It delays delivery for more than 15 days from the order date or the agreed delivery date, you may cancel the order and request a refund of the amounts paid, unless the delay is due to force majeure.

Refunds

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. If the returned item must be inspected first, the refund will be processed after inspection and approval.

Refunds usually appear within 7 to 15 business days after processing, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Distributor Orders

If you purchased through an authorized distributor or reseller, your return and refund request must be submitted to that seller and will be subject to that seller's policy.
